Hi Guys!
I thought I would start this off this week.
Mon-Toad In hole, mash and veggies
Tues-Chicken SC curry and rice/naan
Wed-Spagbol with extra peppers and mushrooms
Thur-Beans on toast
Fri-Fish, Chips and peas/corn
Sat-Steak, colcannon and con on cob
Sun-Chops in sauce, roasts, yorkshires, carrots, cabbage and peas
So what you all got?

we're using freezer things up so roughtly it looks like this
mon-chicken mash and veg
tue- fish topped with philly and chives, with wedges and sweetcorn
wed-sheperds pie
thur-stew
fri-sausage rolls chips and beans
sat- pizza and garlic bread
sun-lunch at inlaws dinner will be sandwichs
breakfasts are toast/jam sandwichs/cereal
lunches will be sandwichs/pasta/toasties/noodles
snacks and puddings are fruit/yogurt/jelly/choc ices/crisps
if i can stick to this all i'll need to buy is milkDEC GC £463.67/£450

Hi, I am going to have to have a frugal week next week as I have just about spent my food budget for the month already and it has to last another week :eek: so we are going to be eating out of the freezer for all of next week (good job it is well stocked)
Friday- o/h and I are out (my birthday meal) Pizza from the freezer for the boys
Saturday- chilli and rice (tacos for eldest)
Sunday- Marks meal deal chicken with roast potatoes
Monday- Meatballs and pasta
Tuesday- spicy pork with rice or pasta
Wednesday- Sausage and mash with peas and onion gravy
Thursday- Beef casserole (made into a pie for the boys) with new potatoes
Friday- might be scampi if the budget will stretch (if not tuna pasta bake )
Well that is my week, now all I have to do it stick to it!0 -
On a budget here too.
Mon venison sausages with red onion gravy, leeks, green beans and potatoes
Tues roasted lemon chicken thighs, red onion, potatoes and spinach
Wed courgette and pesto pasta
Thurs toad in the hole, green beans
Fri chili stuffed peppers with savoury rice
Starters are leek and potato soup and lentil soup. Also making humus.
Deserts are limited as both on diets so ice cream and chocolate sauce as a special treat
Lunches are ham and salad bagels, rice salad and my standard tuna pasta salad.

Mon roast chicken
Tues fajitas with lo chicken, red onions and peppers
Wed tarragon chicken with lo chicken, rice and frozen peas
Thurs just me so pesto and courgette and tomato pasta
Fri bacon, mushroom and cheese pasta
Sat toad in the hole sausages in the freezer, with red onion gravy and roasted courgettes and tomatoes
Sun out thanks to Mr T vouchers.
Lunches Potato salad and chicken, ham sandwiches, pasta salad.
Starters humus, lentil soup and chicken noodle soup.

Saturday - lunch: Baked Potatoes, beans and cheese; dinner: Veg Sausages, Warm leek and butterbean salad
Sunday - Lunch: Quorn meatballs and spaghetti, dinner: Squash and walnut toasties
Monday - Barley and squash salad
Tuesday - Macaroni Cheese
Wednesday - Patatas Bravas

I'm sick of cooking, sick of planning & sick of being in a frump:o:oTry to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
So far this week we have totally stuck to the plan, well apart from we are having pepper beef sauce with the pasta tonight rather than veggie (couldn't find it in the freezer :rotfl: )
Next week will hopefully look a little like this :
Mon 30 spaghetti with chilli anchovies and brocolli
Tu 1st steamed trout with Asian flavours, rice and greens
We 2nd pasta with rich beef ragu
Th 3 lasagne, salad and coleslaw
Fr 4 smoked haddock chowder
Sa 5 vietnamese lamb shanks
Su 6 roast guinea fowl0 -
next weeks plan as follows (using up the freezer)
sunday - roast beef & trimmings rhubarb crumble with custard to follow
monday - fajitas
tuesday - beef curry, rice & naan bread
wednesday - chicken, chorizo & butterbean stew
thursday - fried (grilled really) breakfast
friday - thai fishcakes and salad
saturday - ricotta & spinach stuffed large pasta shells
