Hi, I am going to have to have a frugal week next week as I have just about spent my food budget for the month already and it has to last another week  so we are going to be eating out of the freezer for all of next week (good job it is well stocked)

Friday- o/h and I are out (my birthday meal) Pizza from the freezer for the boys
Saturday- chilli and rice (tacos for eldest)
Sunday- Marks meal deal chicken with roast potatoes
    Monday- Meatballs and pasta
Tuesday- spicy pork with rice or pasta
Wednesday- Sausage and mash with peas and onion gravy
Thursday- Beef casserole (made into a pie for the boys) with new potatoes
Friday- might be scampi if the budget will stretch (if not tuna pasta bake )
Well that is my week, now all I have to do it stick to it!

    On a budget here too.

Mon venison sausages with red onion gravy, leeks, green beans and potatoes

    Wed courgette and pesto pasta
Thurs toad in the hole, green beans
Fri chili stuffed peppers with savoury rice

Starters are leek and potato soup and lentil soup. Also making humus.
Deserts are limited as both on diets so ice cream and chocolate sauce as a special treat
Lunches are ham and salad bagels, rice salad and my standard tuna pasta salad.

    Oops wrong week. Should be
    Sun rabbit casserole
    Mon roast chicken
Tues fajitas with lo chicken, red onions and peppers
Wed tarragon chicken with lo chicken, rice and frozen peas
Thurs just me so pesto and courgette and tomato pasta
Fri bacon, mushroom and cheese pasta
Sat toad in the hole sausages in the freezer, with red onion gravy and roasted courgettes and tomatoes
Sun out thanks to Mr T vouchers.

Lunches Potato salad and chicken, ham sandwiches, pasta salad.
Starters humus, lentil soup and chicken noodle soup.

I failed to get much veg this week so it's courgettes, red onion, peppers, tomatoes , mushrooms and frozen peas

I'm really struggling for motivation this week.

    Sunday -- Fish pie
    Monday -- Tandoori chicken wraps
    Tuesday -- ??
    Wednesday --??
    Thursday -- Pork & apple casserole ( Dad's request)
    Friday -- ??
    Saturday --??

I'm sick of cooking, sick of planning & sick of being in a frump:o:o
