Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
Well I'm back from town. Ready to collapse. When I got back in I checked my pedometer and I had done 11,115 steps and that was about an hour ago  I think I may hit my target of 15,000 a day :rotfl: Spent a fortune while in town but I think it's worth it. Just need to enter it all in Money and then I'll set too with the housework. Currently waiting for the gasman to come as he's due anytime. Too tired to type anymore. Laters
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

I feel like I've been grounded by air traffic control the past couple of weeks - hardly any flying.........
Here's the excuse bit......I don't usually work full time but have been since they sacked my supervisor.
So, I've been doing the dailies but hardly anything else - feeling very lazy and fed up with myself and am determined to try harder. I'm at work atm so when I get home about 7:30 I'll have my dinner and do something from [STRIKE]Moggins[/STRIKE] lil-me's list.

Tuesday - Kitchen, downstairs loo and hall

    Kitchen
    1. Wipe down all worktops, cupboard doors, and windowsill.
    2. Clean top of cooker, inside of fridge and microwave.
    3. Clean sink, draining board and wash any plastic drainers/cutlery holders.
    4. Sort out fridge make sure anything that needs using soon is at front
    5. Clean floor.

Downstairs toilet (if you have one) I did this on Sunday so perhaps I'll just s& s it today
    [STRIKE]1. Clean sink.
    2. Clean around taps and shine them with a dry cloth.
    3. Empty bin/anything that is rubbish from room.
    4. Dust any shelves, wipe top of toilet cistern, and the flusher (handle/cord) etc.
    7. Clean toilet, especially under the seat and around the hinges.
    8. Clean toilet floor.
    9. Clean door and handles on both sides[/STRIKE]

    Hallways/Porches/Entrance ways
    1. Clear any clutter from hall
    2. Sort shoes/coats/bags/accessories - does all that is in there belong in there, is your hall a safety hazard and can somethins be moved to change that
    3. Vacuum hallways, mop/wash if hard floors.

If you fancy an extra job, under stair cupboards/other storage areas, what's lurking? Sort any clutter for ebay, freecycle, charity etc make sure you can close the door after sorting through, without standing something against it!

Right, I'll see what I can achieve when I get home - see you all later ;)

    QUOTE]

Kitchen looking sparkling!! Shame I have to prepare vege for chicken casserole and mess up the worktop again.

Having a cup of HM soup (apple/parsnip) before going back to work, I am on a roll.....

Can't believe I have done it all, well sort of..
DD1 and 2 back from school, nearly dumped school stuff in hall:mad:

Going to make the tea now, changed my mind from casserole, it will be roast vegetables, chicken and potatoes. But first take my washing in, it starts to look dark outside.

Another non-flying day today - went to bed early, then had to get up to take some paracetamol as I felt so awful. Don't feel any better during the day, but sipping lemon and honey as comfort.

Hospital visit with DS1 this am, EEG scan from last week normal, and neurological assessment normal too, so whatever the problem is, it isn't a repeat of encephalitis, thank goodness. CAT scan tomorrow, so little chance of boredom setting in...

Welcome to all the new flybabies - don't try and play catch up, just jump in on the day. If you don't manage to get the room perfect, just do what you can this week, it'll still be there next week! I had a house in chaos when I started in January, and although some bits of it are still not up to scratch, they are clean!! And I am so proud of my understairs cupboard (decluttered and finally painted 20 years after moving in:eek: ) that I am very likely to drag unsuspecting visitors in to admire it!!:D

Still sending warm thoughts your way moggins
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be
