Requesting PAC from Three and porting

    For one reason or another it is time to leave Three mobile for pastures new, I have been happy with service to date but areas I now need to use phone means that I need to switch network.
    Postings on Moneysavingexpert forum say that getting a PAC from customer services is extremly difficult and breaches the timelines outlined by OFCOM. Is there any other way of requesting a PAC other than dialling 333. Will an email to Executive Office email address be an alternative route as I don’t want to be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and experience a hard sell and still not get a PAC.

    @Tony – Sorry to hear you’re leaving us icon_sad.gif I’m afraid you can’t obtain your PAC via the team at Exec, you will need to speak to the team on 333.

    And thats bull, EO can request your PAC from 333 (customer dis-service) they just dont want the work & 333 are to give you the hard sell as thats company policy as 3Services (a 3 subsiduary company - 3 Global Services)
    SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

    Yep, I agree. They have just shown that they do not want to help make things easier. There should be a button on our online account for requesting PAC.

    Might send an email to see what response I get, will post back if I get one,
