hi just got back from a butlins holiday through the sun i had removed my linen and my entertainment passes and took a chance when i got there my beds where made up and was told we dont need entertianment passes anymore they have stopped doing that you just have to show your room key to watch entertainment and swimming etc so anyone who is going to butlins can remove it and save some money x
What Butlins was this please and what accomodation were you in?0 -
you didnt have to show anything for centre stange at skegness if sat downstairs, we bought the bands for upstairs so we didnt have to queue, well worth it0

I am really tempted to do this. I will leave the linen as its £12 for the 6 of us, but the passes...hmmmm....that really would save quite abit of our holiday. When you go to pick up your welcome pack at the booths was it thier they told you that? I think I may chance it y'no...;)0 -
yes i went to the booth picked up my pack and they werent in there my friend who payed for entertainment passes didnt have them in hers either and thats when they told us they dont use them anymore tha you only have to use your room key to show and thats what we did every night to get to entertainment upstairs we didnt have to show anything for swimming so there is no point keeping them i saved £31 removing mine and if your in silver then the bedding will always be made up so you can remove the £120

thanks for the clarification - when I phone to pay the balance I will get them to take them off. Will hopefully save £72.00 - thats definetly money saving...:money:0 -

I went to minehead without the passes and it was no problem, just showed your keycard when you go in and out of the resort. to be honest I am not sure about Christmas fantasy as when I last did it they issued tickets to see santa and tickets for the panto.0
