we go to Skeggy on day visits very often and you don't need a pass, just come and go as you please everywhere
  • @deanos I read the comment on the thread I posted but will ask on here since this has the title. I'm going to Bognor - I remember being issued with them, but can't actually remember if I was asked to show them or not. Do you know if you def need them for bognor site, or does anyone else have any recent info...sorry to hijack but its all butlins talk aye?

The same we are going to Bognor on. A 4 night break we have been before and not been asked for passes but going upstairs to centre stage was checked but not all the time
  • Just received my confirmation from Butlins,do you really need the entertainment passes?
We went on a normal Butlins holiday at easter and were never asked for a pass.
Surely they would have to ask everyone if they had one!!

I have just had my confirmation for Minehead and am worried about rejecting the entertainment pass and them checking when we're there - it would be a nightmare not to be allowed to swim etc!!!

I am being charged £12 for linen - that's a 4 night break for 4, not sure if it's worth it or not yet!

I think the passes could always be brought once there. That is what I plan to do, I will just say that we wanted the location as was planning to spend most time off site, seeing relatives but changed out minds and wanted to spend enough time on site to warrant getting passes.

  • I was charged £12 for linen.
In total my 3 night break has cost me £158 for 5 people.
