i take my linen off ive been 3 times and all times the beds have been made up but i do upgrade to silver so that may be why0

oh the passes can be purchased at anytime when you get there if they were needed and would be the exact same price as if you bought them before0

How long did it take for your confirmation to come throught Lisa76?
Thanks
I booked on the sun website last Thursday and got my email from Butlins yesterday - all pretty quick! I've got to pay my balance by the 9th May - they want me to pay £95.80 but it looks like I'll just pay the £35.80 service charge and take my own linen and hope the entertainment passes aren't checked!0 -
I paid my balance today and didn't get the entertainment passes. I don't remember ever being asked before for them but this is my first Sun hol. The woman on the phone said you couldn't buy them on site if I changed my mind... Is she just being snotty do you think? If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!0

I have just phoned to pay the balance on my holiday and spoke to a really scary lady!!! I thought that the linen was just the pillow cases/quilt covers but it turns out you don't get a quilt or a pillow without paying the linen charge, so that was £12 I didn't want to pay (It's a bit bulky in my little car to take enough for us) - then I tried saying that 2 people weren't coming so I could get the entertainment passes down but she ended up cancelling them off the holiday and charging me an extra £50 to cancel them off - after getting a bit stroppy with me she eventually put them back on so that I dind't have to pay that.
I was hoping to cut the entertainment passes down to 2 (I just know I'll get caught if I don't buy them) but turns out I have to buy all 4 or none, so I bought all 4. So total cost of holiday £158 for a week which when you weigh it all up, isn't bad at all!0 -
I am paying £158 for 3 nights at Bognor..I have just priced this weekend on the Butlins website and they want £526.06:eek:
So i think £158 is a very good price:p.0 -
