Three advisers will openly lie to you - when I left they tried to convince me that BT openzone didn't exist and that if I stayed with them, they would send engineers to build a cell tower outside my office to improve my reception!

    PLAN HAS CHANGED
After reading here and there and finding the giffgaff is too much virtual and have no customer service number and staff except the online one.

I will pass them and now I'm thinking of Virgin Mobile.
for £7 they give you 125 minutes and 250mb internet.
or i can pay £10 like i'm now with three but they will give me 250 minutes and 500mb.

yes three gives 1gb internet but it just gives me 100 minutes!

what i should be aware of is virgin charges around £1.20 for every extra megabyte out of my allowance. so i will try the £7 deal. if the internet was not enough, i will then upgrade to the the £10 deal.

any idea about customer service or faults...etc?

I do find this a bit of a mystery personally, maybe I have been very lucky but I have had and currently have several connections, but I really can't think of any circumstance I have needed to talk to the phone networks customer service or ever would, especially with Giffgaff as its all there in the online self-service. Touch wood it remains that way! I seem to remember ringing Vodaphone briefly to ask for a pac code but that must have been many, many years ago.

There is no way the current uk 3g network banwidth can offer unlimited internet. This may change when 4g/LTE comes into play sometime this year or maybe next.

I used just under 100GB on payg one month when changing broadband providers and they didnt say a word & that was launch month
