    Afternoon everyone.

    FQ v Stroppy CS @ Mr A.

Found non stick pizza platter and bun trays in a large box all marked 50p.

    Charged £2.49.

Went CS, 1st lady fine referred me to a guy with attitude.

Guy says " its not an over charge you have bought the wrong item"

FQ " It is in the box with all the others marked 50p"

Guy " No refund its your mistake"

FQ " Watch how you talk to me, show some respect, and drop the attitude mate"

    Guy " Your mistake"

FQ " Get me the manager, you my friend are about to get a lesson in manners".

With that the guys walk over to the box, picks up the remaining bun trays, then throws them over the CS desk".

Manager appears, go for a walk with him and show him details.

He agreed that the trays were in the wrong place, and although the price was correct they should not have been in the box.

By this time the staff have taken off sel and moved the products to the correct shelf space in the home aisle.

Very sneaky putting the buns next to a £2 sel and charging £2.49.
Remind you of anyone we know ?

Manager to his credit reviewed the cctv showing Mr Stroppy CS throwing the tins across CS, and he was not happy at all.

Manager " I'm very sorry frequent"

FQ " No problem mate, would have been happy with a simple refund for a simple mistake, but CS guys attitude stinks"

Manager, "here is a refund of £3 and a £2 money card for your inconvenience".

FQ " Thank you, what about Mr Stroppy"

Manager " Do not worry about him, GUY MY OFFICE NOW".

FQ leaves, depositing £3 refund into charity box on way out.

    Stroppy CS 0 FQ 1.
couldnt you cash the £3 into being a fly on the wall? i would love to do that sometimes :rotfl::rotfl:

    LOL Issyc.

Reminded me of a child throwing toys out of pram, and was trying to use a little intimidation.

Picked the wrong guy to mess with.

The non stick bun trays and pizza platters a bargain @ 50p.
( or maybe to expensive for 11 +, anything over 4p rule :rotfl:)
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

Back from a quick run at an Express to see if the Aero trees I saw on Saturday were still there.

Shelf stackers were stacking the sweets and chocolate area so not sure if they took the box or someone else beat me to it!:(

BUT:D did find 7 Aero lambs in those plastic boxes that hang onto the SELs in the magazine aisle. So if you haven't checked there, check the magazine area too!

Hope you all find some!:T Glitchy tuesday-wonder if Mr T has something else for us tooo....:rotfl::j

:) Apologies for posting & dashing this morning as I was on a 'deforesting mission' So huge ♥ to Tessie Two for mentioning them. Made my day as the boxes have sat on the clearance shelf for weeks now. Unfortunately all those had disappeared but the box on the loose sweets shelf was still there :D:D:D
My haul at the weekend accidentally included some aero trees....they were mixed up in the same boxes as the lambs, and defintely scanned at 65p
On looking at my haul I have lambs mixed in :eek: :) SA was lovely just scanned 1, & x 58 for me :T:T
Many given away at work & to friends - still a few left for my Table Top Sale refreshments (cheaper than biscuits ;) )

OK, photos are so helpful. I now know what everyone was on about, Aeros trees - Sainsburys had loads of them after Christmas but not as low as 1p.

I also know why our store does not stock 1p reduced Christmas chocolate - it was not open last Christmas :)
