Did the coupons scan on the long life juices or did the cA have to overide at the till? I was under the impression that they only scanned on the chilled juice from the fridge?

They scanned no problem, will be going back for some more today:D

I'm rather partial to that avatar/smiley, love it, and thank you for using it!

Spotted today on the clip strips, Chef Aid "Kitchen Tongs", on clip strip says £1.10 and scissor tongs, but scans at 36p.

    Evening all.
First time I've been anywhere at all for over a week!!
Been prescribed some new migraine preventative meds (pizotifen) so hopefully these might work. If they don't I think there's only one more left to try....so fingers crossed.
Yesterday was the migraine from hell......the banging your head against a wall type, but today has been virtually headache free.....and what a difference....I might have even managed to smile :) (although my husband will swear it was just wind;))

My GP is still happy for me to drive as long as I continue to get warnings of the vertigo attacks and can pull over if necessary. I've never had to do this as I don't go anywhere if I'm having a bad day.
I'm still not feeling ready to face T's though, and although I'd love some socks I don't think it's worth risking making myself ill trying to find some. I always end up with a headache after shopping and driving and I don't want to risk another week like I've just had......

Thanks for all the kind words.....I'll try not to be a misery guts from now on. Just give me a good kick up the bum if I go quiet again :)

Really feel for you Purdita - I hope the pizotifen works for you.
Have you tried Gabapentin? I've just been prescribed it by the neurologist, it's apparently recently started to be used as a migraine preventative treatment.
Should get mine when I see the GP on friday so fingers crossed it works - my current migraine related head pain has been constant for the last 19.5 months  Definitely not a fun way to live/exist :(
