Love the idea of excel spreadsheets!!! Anything to get me organised as feel like my mind is bursting!

Any tips with organisational ideas for couponing etc greatly received  I think someone mentioned a photo sleeve album? I presently have brown envelopes labelled by store but get in a right kerfuddle at checkout which doesn't help the nerves!

I have started a little notebook to keep all the ones to look out for along with barcodes. That has worked well.

Im also going to have to put the breaks on! When I see whoopsies I can't help it, they are suddenly in my basket, in the car, then in the freezer! How do I stop. I fear I'm spending more than I should be. My freezer is bursting, and I've seriously got enough food in there for about 3/4 weeks

Regarding the bogof cakes. I started a detox in January then stuck to some would call extreme healthy eating. It was easy when you got into it alonside some boot camps. The last two weeks I have somewhat stuffed a ridiculous amount of ice cream and cakes in my mush and need to stop pronto. The question is, have I the willpower or do I, like FK just not buy them?

Can you tell I'm a little all over the place today? Must be the choccie :o I have 3 children, work 4 days and attend college one day every other week, my life is bonkers :eek: I want this to be a pleasure not a pain. I not only want, but need to save money. Help please can someone sort me out? P M me if you prefer!

    Barking x

i could do with a few hugs, i dont want to take them away from people that desperatly need them though.

as my gran used to say (she lived far away and I didn't see her much)- put your left hand on your right shoulder, and your right hand on your left shoulder, and now give a good squeeze. There, that's a hug from me :).

no op date though. the consultant has to jiggle a few people around so that my toe has to come off within 2 weeks.

i have never felt this bad before.

when i had my bowel and lots of my diegestive system removed or when they took my gall bladder away, i was fine even joking with the staff.

i think its because you cant see i have no bowel or gall bladder. but you will see i have a toe missing.
its something outside my body and i can pysically see it. i cant see my insides.
    sorry for my ramblings.

i am sure between us there are plenty of hugs to go around i think it would be hard for anyone to come to terms with as you say it is a physical thing you can see so i think you need the hugs as much as others so sending you a huge one from wales and hope you feel better soon :)

    Hi all.
The Elite meet has taken place!:T :D:beer:
We've had a lovely day. Met up on a local beach and went for a couple of Pina Coladas. Took an afternoon tour, had a swim and showed zippy and his DW a bit of the island.

Zippy's comments below, on my login.

We're meeting again on Wednesday for a tour round the other side of the island, taking in Fig Tree Drive and Half Moon Bay, with a quick stop at Nelsons Dockyard if time allows. Haven't caught up yet, but will skim and try to post later. Hugs to all x

:j Fabulous photo, pleased you're having a great time together. Picked up some books for you. Enjoy the rest of your holiday x
