Better deal if using the £10 of £80 till spit

Get 24 Bottles of Silver Bay at £3.69

    24 x bottles = £88.56
    Less £10 Till Spit
    Less 25% = £22.14
    Less 2 for £5 = £28.56

    £27.86 to pay (£1.16 a bottle)

No idea what the Silver Bay is like though ??

I've had some (white and rose) on previous offers, and wasn't overly impressed.

    http://www.wholesalenews.co.uk/news/fullstory.php/aid/2663/British_wine_range_Silver_Bay_Point_is_introduced_by_CWF.html

One thing we will have to find out, is if the WYS vouchers take the amount as that before the discount is removed.

When getting DTD on the wine the CS person asked for my Postcode :S is that new??! I gave it over (my uni one :D as I didn't want to argue) then asked for my house number  I said I was at uni. So she stopped.

But not really happy now. Shouldn't have given her anything should I?

One or two Tesco's do ask, I always refuse. I always say, it's data protection! My data, my protection!

There is nothing on the dtd sign about having to give your postcode or any information.

Or if you dont want confrontation, just make anything up, including the number.

Oh, OT but just wondered if anyone knows of any things to do around the Bridgend area - we don't mind travelling, and are more into our scenery/waterfalls etc than shopping.
We're staying at a hotel in Pen y Fai.

About 30min drive from Bridgend there are some lovely waterfalls. Below is a link for a waterfall centre in Glynneath and there is a walk that starts just behind the village pub that takes in about 4 waterfalls. Not too strenuous a walk and can call in pub for a drink/snack afterwards.

  • Hi
Am new to all this but may of found a dtd.
been planning my evening voucher shop and noticed several price drop offers on T's website are saying as from 25/04
but when you add the items to your basket they are coming up at full price
example finish quantum 7.65 price drop £4.00 but discount not showing even on checkout.
Offers started on previous date fabs was 1.30 price drop to 1.00 is showing at 1.00 in basket.
could this be a dtd when i go in store tonight would love to know as loads of offers starting today are the same.

The only wine from the meal deal that I think has a chance of being compared would be Finest Nero D'avola with the one in link below..

    http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=Nero+D%27avola&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=96429

    :D

What about this ... according to mysupermarket ... Tesco Finest Plan de Diu Cotes du Rhone Villages (750ml) is £6.99 @ T and £5 @ A

    Then the Tesco Finest Roast Potatoes ... £2.50 @ T and £1 @ A

At the moment I have 6 meal deals down to £28.58 (after JTD). Still looking to see if any main dishes compare ... and then adding in some extras (that we have coupns for) to bring up to an £80 shop. :)

hi,went to bl*ckp**l extra this morning and they have the cheap dab radios.has anyone tried the 25% off 6 wines at mr s?they seem to have better multi buys on as well at mo and thought i could collect some handwash as well.:D
  • You would need 18 coupons...

I have managed to only get 2 but FK did better - I think you can get a maximum of 2 coupons per PC so if you have access to 9 different computers then go for it!

Actually no - the JTD on 18 packs should be £48.60 so you would really lose out on the capped voucher.

The website give your 3 coupons....2 appear to be fixed and the 3rd one seems to be tailored to what you put in your favourite products.

If you put some wipes in as your favourite products you might get the tailored one as another coupon off wipes.

You can print each coupon twice.

This may work, for those interested in small bottles for gifts/hampers:

Black Tower Rivaner Reisling 18.5 cl is £1.58 in A's, or 4 for £5. In T's £1.99 each.

    Buy 12, T's £23.88, less 25%, £5.97, cost £17.91.

    12 at A's would be £15, so possibly (£23.88-£15.00) £8.88 JTD?

If so, then 12 miniatures for £9.03, £0.75 bottle
