25% of 6 or more on wine is on at Tesco! :T

YAY ... I thought this might be coming soon as S are doing a 25% promo. Has it already started?

ooooooooooo, this is good, have you tried this instore? i read somewhere that the wine festival goes on until the end of the month... so, if it is 25% off 6 bottles, is it taking the discount off the full price if we were to buy half price wines?

This has not happened in the past, the 25% comes off the price the till sees and these scan at the half price to start with.

The 25% has been best used in conjuction with offers like 3 for £12 as in the past the 25% has come off the full price and the offer has worked but whether it will this time is anyones guess. The more expensive wines in those deals actually ending up the cheapest before once the discounts come off. ;)

When getting DTD on the wine the CS person asked for my Postcode :S is that new??! I gave it over (my uni one :D as I didn't want to argue) then asked for my house number  I said I was at uni. So she stopped.

But not really happy now. Shouldn't have given her anything should I?

I've had that happen afew times, mostly on bigger DTDs - I just give them fake ones, who's to know? :rotfl:

Has anyone opened a thread yet in the drinks deal?

Don't forget that you could buy several meal deals with wine to benefit. Try to find a wine that compares on JTD too.
Mini bottles also count towards your 6 to be eligible for discount.

There is also the £10 an £80 spend this week too...

I haven't the time to research it this time but I bet someone will.

Good morning (just) just back in from my shopping trip and can see it has already been posted that the wine is 25% off - they made a tannoy announcement just as I walked in the store - didn't buy any as I wanted to research what is best before I purchase

Not MrT but if you know any One Direction fans MrM has lots of their merchandise reduced and the items are scanning even lower than the marked reduction:

Messenger bag marked as £4.98 scans as £1.98
Secret Diary marked as £2.48 scans as £0.48
Pencil case marked as £1.48 scans as £0.48
Spiral bound book marked at £2.48 scans at £0.78
2 pack pencils marked at £0.98 scans at £0.28
5 gel pens marked at £2.00 scans at £0.28
2 ball pens marked at £0.98 scans at £0.28
giant eraser marked at £1.00 scans at £0.28

    Hope this helps someone
