    Morning all!

Early run to T's in THE most disgusting weather, plus when I got back to the car, some helpful idiot had let their big baby carrying trolley (minus baby ) slam into my passenger side door! Luckily no scratches as it's a Peugeot :D

Those winter car safety packs are in our local so I grabbed one, SEL is £18 (reduced from £25) but they scan at £6.

Wish this weather would bog off!!

    morning guys and gals :)

Spiralingdown (up) - not a good start to moving in - put it down to a blip and fingers crossed all your deliveries arrive on time!

When we moved in our first house tgether, we had our friends huge delivery van outside full of all our furniture...DH and our mate were getting all the stuff out the van and the front door was wide open....they were just brining in the washing machine when the bailiffs turned up and started sticking stickers on our stuff!!!

I asked who the hell they were and what the hell they were doing picking up our stuff....turns out the people we bought the house from were heavily in debt ....I ended up having to find our mortgage paperwork, passports etc to prove we weren't them (not an easy task when the boxes all look the same in the middle of a house move) :)

    *surveys rainy sky*

I downloaded the Sky View app on my phone, its pretty good, tells you what constellations are which and all sorts

there is another app that i have seen on someone's i-pad that i want- you just aim the phone/pad at whatever you are looking at and it tells you what it is....slightly different to the sky view one but still just as cool

Shame i cant remember what the name of that app is :o

Sounds like my app - Star Walk. HTH

for a change we are all up and ready in this house....cleaned a bit, ironed a bit....and a morning off playgroup so was looking forward to a bit of retail therapy in the form of T, A and S.....only to remember that I'm looking after my friends DD this morning and DH has got the spare car seats in his car, so can only take 2 of the 3 kids with me......might have to lock one of them in the cupboard under the stairs til I come back ;)

    Good afternoon everyone.

I dont know if any of you can help but hubby and I are going away for four days to Scotland. Done of course in the Money expert way. Flying with Easy Jet £29 one way and £19 coming back and free accomodation re Premier Inn through our daughter. She had four days that she had to use by the end of April and they were just going spare so we couldn't have that could we?
Our question is that we have never been to Scotland before and wondered if any of you could tell us of interesting places to visit or where is good to eat!
We are flying to Glasgow and hiring a car. So first night Glasgow second night Dumbarton, third night Fort William and our last night Inverness. We drop the car off at Inverness airport and fly home on the Monday.

Sorry this is such a long post.
    Hope all are well.
    Thanks
On your way up from Fort William, come up the A82. Stop off at Drumnadrochit for Urquhart Castle (ruins) and the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre. Head out to Cannich on the A832 for Glen Affric and Plodda Falls. Head for Beauly Priory (ruins) where Mary Queen of Scots stayed. then on to Inverness alongside the Moray Firth. Make sure you check out Ness Islands Walk when in Inverness.

    Just my suggestion.
I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.
