Hi streetlights, Approved Food is a company who sell overstocks/ bankruptcy stocks, OOD sel etc food and drink and one or two other items (approvedfood.co.uk). Some things are approaching or past their sell by date, but plenty of them aren't if that concerns you.

They have some stunning bargains, it's just a matter of what they have in stock at any given time. I've recently been buying bottles of fruit juice for the barbecue season at very reasonable prices, and I've had tremendous bargains in things like olive oil, tins of tuna and sachets of Heinz sauces in the past. Do have a look. Delivery is usually £5.25 for up to 25kg, though they do have free delivery promotions from time to time. :D

Edit: See you beat me to it MMW.
thanks for letting me know I love finding new things. Word of mouth is fab.

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Is the ink in Extra stores as never seen it?
does it look like a large pot of paint like the kids have?

No I got it from my regular 'superstore'.

I got black refill kit (£4.47) and a colour kit (£6.97). Each has 3 small bottles of ink and a 4th bottle of cleaning fluid, along with a syringe and a few rubber stoppers (not sure what these were for).

According to packing it does up to 6 refills ... not bad £11.43 = less than £2 a pop!

i didnt want want to read this post.i have reoccuring ostiomilistus in my bone, and am having my toe chopped off soon :( i am hoping for day surgery though, even just local anestic, maybe that is hoping to much though.

Every time it recurred they threatened to amputate his foot  We're rather fortunate that it recurred now because 4/5 years ago they could not have done this surgery.

The amazing thing is they did it with a light sedative and an epidural, and they kept the epidural going for 3 days after the op somehow numbing the top of one leg and the bottom of the other!! It would have been going for longer but the tube broke!!
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
