Well i have visited 6 Mr T's this afternoon in my hunt for the socks, and nothing to be found anywhere in N*rth D*v*n, i did however manage to find one packet of lovehearts on a clipstrip but nothing else, would have loved to find the socks as we have a sock monster in our house that eats them as soon as your back is turned.

Was going to buy some Iams as down to my last two bags from when we were getting them early last year on DTD, and nearly had a heart attack when i saw the price £10 a bag:eek::eek::eek:, fingers crossed they have an offer on them soon, in A's - preferably.

FK - loved the photo of you with the Robin, you must be a really kind person if a wild bird trusts you enough to eat from your hand - beautiful !!!!!

Purdita - if i was you i would take cover - Miss Laid is bored and out for mischief, and my crystal ball tells me it could be heading your way :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm a bit nervous but just wanted to say hi if I may?

Found your thread last weekend and you seem a lovely sharing group :)

Been hunting for socks today and found some 4p ones in Bee$ton but much more to my son's taste were some I found on a hanging strip at 50p for a single pair. These are Lego Star Wars "Now I am the Master" size 6-11

Just about to tuck into some reduced to clear strawberry cheesecake and double cream....

    Regards

Hi Msgoggins - great name by the way. I'm sure someone's beaten me to it but welcome and well done on your 4p star wars socks, you are a natural mse'r :T

Love the fact the Fishey knew the answer to that question :rotfl:

Erm well no Google knew the answer:o:D I should have though had been fishing over ten years.
Consumer InformationHerring belongs to the same family of fish as sprat (also referred to as sild) and pilchard. Young herring processed in Norway are called sild. Herring are small, streamlined, silvery fish with a single dorsal fin that move around together in huge schools very near the surface. In Old Norse language ‘herring' actually means ‘army'! Very important in the Scottish diet where they have been caught off the coast for centuries and referred to as the Silver Darlings. You can pickle them as rollmops , smoke or cook them fresh, dipped in fine oatmeal and pan fried. They are high in omega-3 oils which makes them really nutritious and important as part of a balanced diet. hth

The sock health and safety issue had myself and 12 year old DD roaring with laughter tonight!!!!

Found the mars 10 packs again but full price.

I'm getting paranoid that the managers and staff are watching me!!!!
Is this a normal affliction you get with glitch addiction?

Thankfully price flop mags came in today and I managed to get the mail for fruits veg discount but gather cant use them together, so now to the planning of a food shop tomorrow, including £80 voucher, two price checks worth £10 and whatever bargains and MOCs I can use - this is like a military exercise!!!

Glad the quiz is still contuing for those that enjoy it, glad the weather has calmed and the threats of flooding has been lowered. Absolutely loved the robin/hand shot.

Hugs to all and raise a glass to the glitches!
