Good morning all,
I have just read back a few pages as it's been a challenge in the past few weeks to do much (constant morning sickness for the past 8 weeks, which has left me wiped out physically but my bank balance is seeing the benefit as I've not been able to get out! managed to pay an extra £400 off my credit card so I'm pleased about that!) but hopefully the worst of it is over now and I'm feeling better and keeping most things down now - hurrah! As if that wasn't enough to be going on with, I've had to apply for my own job at work as the team is being downsized. I found out on Tuesday that I'd been unsuccessful - which although this may sound bizarre I was delighted about as the senior managers in the team are astonishingly incompetent ( one of them is on £50k+ and her highest qualification is a lifeguard cert - she is a business manager and her peers have MBA's etc - how she gets away with it is beyond me as it's not even as tho she is good at her job.) and they make life difficult for any one who has kids in the team, so I am looking forward to pastures new within the same organisation as I will be allocated a job in another department, on the same pay in the next few weeks so I am quite relieved it's all over now as it's been ongoing since January.
Sorry that was a lot of waffle but I know we're not averse to it here.
Hoping to get my tesco mojo back... I've got the mars bars and ice cream cones on the list as well as 4p AW10/11 things to keep an eye out for... no dishwasher so don't need the rinse aid... Anything else I need to look out for?To infinity and beyond - but mostly to Tesco!:D0 -
