quick question
i have a fridge full of whoopsied broccoli that i have no idea what to dowith, can i freeze it? do i have to blanch (whatever that means:o) it first??

No need to blanch them, but I would freeze them in a box, as when you freeze them in freezer bags the tips of the florets tend to fall off..0 -
I did these really quickly and am a bit disappointed because there are a couple of creases from where I shoved the wallpaper down my raincoat as it was chucking it down
I like the middle one the best so I'm going to get some more of that and do them all the same....will just vary where the pattern is.
I used old canvas pics I'd got fed up with but you can buy the frames in cheap pound type shops so no need to spend a lot.
Just try to get your corners as tight as poss and then use drawing pins to tack it on with
You will get better results if you do the centres of the long sides first, then centres of the short sides, then the corners - same as stretching canvas for painting on.:starmod: DO IT NOW :starmod:0 -
