Just used the £1 off cheese in the flopper on 2 x philly cheese @ £1.75 each or on offer @ 2 for a £2 and a £1.99 pilgims cheese and it scanned, so I'm guessing you could get the philly and spend a further 50p on cheese and the grand total would be £1.50!!:D

I got my naturally powered cleaning pack from the Bzz campaign today but have still not got the easy bake at home yet although I was invited on to this first as you may remember when I posted this on here originally about 3 weeks ago!

    has anyone received theirs yet?:)

    confirmed as working!!:D

    Just bought 2 x philly cheese @ £1.75 each or on offer @ 2 for a £2 and a 88p cheese string and it scanned at £1.88 after £1 price flopper!!

Afternoon on this wery wet & windy day in Ches/er.
I haven't received my SSM Goody bag or £25 lts voucher either, these are the only 2 things I was able to earn. Do I just go on the SS page to email them?
Munching some shortbread buscuits that I made with my 4yr old GD this morning. Trying not to think too much about how many times she handled it and scratched her nose while rolling it out!

I have got the packs of 10 cheese slices the ones that are about 50p [singles] I put these in toasties yum !!..

Although have had it argued by SA, so I asked 'well what is it then if it's not cheese' and they couldn't tell me...so I priceflopped it..
I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...

I have been searching the house for the MOT for the van but still not found it and need it to get the free disabled road tax on Monday :( Alan got the van MOT'd last November when I was up at Mam's so I am blaming him for losing it ;) We do know the date it was done as it was on Alan's birthday so could go and get a duplicate if necessary but it's a bit of a drive to the garage it was done at :(

:) MOTs are linked online to Car Tax so the system knows if you haven't a valid MOT.
Depending on your Post Office they should/could issue you the Disabled Tax Disc without the MOT certificate being shown. BUT you must take in the Van's logbook (& valid certificate of motor insurance) as this needs to be sent away to have the Tax Class changed. You could, to save time fill in the details now & sign it. Then The PO can send it off for you (free of charge)

:) We have had a llovely short break. Pontins was very quiet & we had a lovely apartment. A few minor faults - no cold water, table on last legs, no towels, mugs etc - but credit to them all were replaced or fixed within 10 minutes of reporting :T
We gained a Seagull 'guard' stationed outside our door. I made the mistake of what I habitually do & swept the crumbs off the bread board outside. Well he shouted the alarm & I was mobbed by 30 seagulls, a pair of mallards, a few sparrows & a crow :eek::eek: :rotfl::rotfl:
Weather stayed dry but bitterly cold. Perfect for going up & down The Great Orme in an open sided Tram (won't but would of loved to of shown you photos of my family trying to keep warm with a scarf between 3 of them :rotfl:)
Fortunately this made us wear more suitable & warmer clothing to go & see the Anthony Gormley statues on Crosby beach :D On way back we spotted a Chinese Supermarket. Which had a fantastic restaurant attached - bestest ever :T
Discovered my Mum is a secret Penny Falls addict  Bags of 2ps later :o

    afternoon everyone!:)

Please can you tell me what I can do and why I keep falling ill with colds nearly every month or two months! I've tried honey lemon water, lozenges, millions of different types of vaporub, vapour steam, ginger tea and can't really see a difference. What frustrates me is that it takes so long to go and messes up with work, ou and other stuff like T's!

I know I'm not an especially healthy person but when I've been to the docs about this they just shrug their shoulders and say it happens to loads of adults!

    p.s. sorry for the rant:o

What's your diet like, is it balanced? plenty of fruit and veg? you appear to be concentrating on the cure rather than the prevention? I would take a high dose vit c supplement with zinc to ward off the lurgies!! also Echinacea a coupla times a day during the outbreak to shorten it length!:DHTH
