It took me 7 months of nagging,threatening court action and finally complaining to Ofcom before PIPEX released my phone line and i was able to move to a seperate broadband supplier.

I would never ever ever ever recommend these clowns to anyone... not even my worst enemies. Having David Huffleduff as your mascot just about sums up the level of competency you can expect from this circus of a company.

Pipex are a complete and utter waste of space. Latest news in the Belfast Telegraph is that bankers have been instructed to secure a sale of the Pipex Group. They pulled in new customers with cheap deals over the past 18 months, ignored existing customers, provided lousy customer services and have driven up the value of the group prior to sale. The Pipex directors will trouser millions. It is high time the internet services sector was properly regulated and I suggest we canvass our MPs and local authorities.
