Because I have a 492181 card, green with Olympics logos but without contactless at the moment, they've issued me a paywave card and its on its way to me, that was the only way I thought I could be sure the card will be offline.
I'll just wait for the paywave card to come and hope when I stick it in a motorway toll abroad it works.0 -
Make sure they know you're going to use it abroad because most banks block debit and credit card transactions abroad cause of the risk of fraud.0

So the general consensus is that 492181 cards are all offline? I have one which was issued in November last year and it's not contactless (despite me repeatedly asking for one, they sent me 3 of these in a row so I gave up).0
