    Not talking about earnings - I'm making the point that not everyone on JSA necessarily has £0 to their name.

    its 6k for income based unless your a "mature" student
    looks like youve got an overpayment to pay back ;)

    My apologies, just checked and £6k is the right figure.

    My £8k was based on the HC2 scheme help, I'd assumed the same limits would be used for everything, but then we are dealing with the Government ;)

    Still - my point remains, that you don't have to have empty bank accounts to claim JSA.

    Erm yes i did i was talking about how others deal with shift work and public transport, i did make the point that when public transport wasn't available he got a taxi or a lift, did you read my original post?
