ok so now spurious slurs to discredit me, as I have exposed you are not in full possession of the facts
any moj breach's you have queried on, i have answered, you obviously have a hands off appreciation of the regulation rather than a hands on, rather than doing some research and speaking to the ministry of justice, you have resorted to slander and libel
i guess theres nothing more to be said as i present you with facts you ignore, so im kinda wasting my breath talking directly to you, i will therefore direct my voice not to you, but to anyone reading you, as above you decided to try and do with me and discredit me, there is no meat on the bone to what you try and suggest, but you have taken a position and you wont shift from that regardless of evidence or facts,
so be it0 -
ppidisgrace wrote: »yeah i still cant see how the mse credit card page explains how to win an online credit card non advised sale
If it was non-advised and the customer opted in without any intervention from the credit card company then it was not sold, it was purchased and therefore cannot be a mis-sale and you cannot/should not "win".
The only way you could do that would be telling li... OH WAITurs sinserly,

You say you are allowed to tell consumers you can achieve a better outcome for them. You regulator says - all together now
In Client Specific Rule 12 on page eight of the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules 2007
that you cannot.
Maybe the MOJ is lying in that document but I think it is beyond all reasonable doubt that it is telling the truth.
So DunstonH has a defence of fair comment.JuicyJesus wrote: »If it was non-advised and the customer opted in without any intervention from the credit card company then it was not sold, it was purchased and therefore cannot be a mis-sale and you cannot/should not "win".

So the fair comment defence applies to ou too thenppidisgrace wrote: »so now you are suggesting the only way to win a online ppi credit card claim is to lie
Which in turn means that to achieve a better result as you claim you can (in defiance of your regulator) you must do so in the name of your clients.
So me three!
Consumers should not use a CMC unless they want to waste their money and risk finding themselves implicated in fraud....great advice you get on here hey!!
Don't commit fraud - seems pretty wise to me.0 -

Given the above, I'll ask you again as you didnt answer the first time.
How much does your company charge when handling re-claims cases (percentage will do fine)No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
