o2 Broadband terrible at finding websites

I think they're doing something. Today's web surfing has been much much better!

Thanks to those that did bother to contact O2 about it also. To be fair to them, they're only going to know about a problem if we tell them even if its just a simple filling in of a web form. I myself don't like hanging on the phone for hours.

I'm on Sky now. Speed is still slow but I was told to expect that as they increase it over my line in the first 10 days. Was 3mb yesterday and around 5mb today. So far I've had no disconnections on the router, I frequently got them with O2 but it never bothered me as it only lasted a few seconds before it came back on.

I hope and expect my speed to be hitting at least 15mb again like it did with O2 .

Browsing was far better yesterday for the first time in several days.
What they've done (well its down to Be really) is a temporary workaround whilst they issue with what they call 'third party peering platform we use to route traffic over the internet' is dealt with by their partners. This is on Be's status page but o2 status page still lists the problem as ongoing.
