B&Q Cheap Kitchen Doors and Drawers from £1 each!

We placed our order at end of February - had part delivery, and no sign of 16/25 doors - we have been fobbed off for 7 days, with delivery is on its way, until finally, yesterday, being told that there was no stock. Just found this website today - cannot believe B&Q have been accepting orders for items they did not have in stock!

Word of warning for those expecting deliveries.

I eventually fitted a B&Q kitchen 2 years ago after 6 separate deliveries and several store visits.

I made the mistake that when I had a confirmed delivery date, including all the confirmation phone calls and paperwork etc that said it was definately all coming I then ripped out my old kitchen the day the delivery was due.

Got to the end of the day and no delivery. I called up and was told "what delivery? We have no order picked for you and it's not on the manefest to be delivered.". Had to shout at customer service centre somewhere to get them to realise that one person had confirmed a delivery that the distribution centre knew nothing about.

Spent next 4 weeks living on takeaways and cooking with the microwave and camping stove.

My simple advice, don't start any work until you actually have the kitchen in your posession! Confirmation means nothing to B&Q...

Hi, am really green with envy. Am in need of 2 500 doors to match my cherry kitchen MFI are quoting me £90 per door. If anybody has 2 spare from B&Q glazed or not I would most gratefully take them off their hands.

Mine must be about due for delivery, but they said I'd receive another call before delivery and they haven't rung again yet

Haven't had time to fit them though
