Olympics advertising

Anybody else getting p*ssed off with the ever increasing number of adverts on TV, related to/advertising olympics....

McDonalds, Holiday Inn, washing power, fairy liquid, head and blinkin shoulders.......:mad::mad::mad:

To be honest, I know i'll probably get shot down for this next statement, but.....
I'm sick to death of hearing about it , full stop!!:mad::mad::mad:
I begrudge being TOLD by all the ' sporting embassadors ' how proud every person in Britain is to have the Olympics here.
Sorry, not me, in fact I will be glad when its all over!!

I can't really blame you to be honest. I don't really see what all the hype is over the olympics. In fact a recent survey revealed like 53% of brits weren't interested.

Not the slightest bit of interest in the Olympics here either, fortunately having no TV we have been able to more or less forget that it is on, have only been seeing the souvenir things and most of them are quite good for a laugh.

i can understand why there's a plethora of adverts - the amount of money these companies pay to sponsor the olympics is enough to make your nose bleed.

if i were them, i'd have my company & the olympics logo EVERYWHAR
