Just back from the slog around Mr T's and managed to spend £29 - so much for the £20 effort:o
I did get lots of F&V and quite a few store cupboard tins and jars etc so I don't suppose its too bad - no toiletries, cleaning stuff or dog food though - all for me!

I love pretty padded coat hangers but my slinky material and wide necks slide off them too quickly :(

You are a regular one-woman fund raiser and WI Flo :T

You should do some Youtube videos for us - almost as good as one-to-one tuition :D
I can only find these photos - made of shot silk remnants. You just sew a pretty button on each hanger side - tuck edge of slinky garments under it. You could use the ribbon hanging straps in clothes to wrap under the buttons.

Well Thursday was shopping day £38.76 in Mr T & a spend of £13.32 in Lidl. Most of it was cleaning stuff for stock & a 5kg bag of onions I then had to chop up & put in freezer. I had to take food out for 2 days meals to fit them in. Further spend of £2.56 in Lidl today on there offers And £2 spend on pastry & ys sausage meat, so made homemade sausage rolls for lunch. Total grocery spend so far is £56.64 should only need milk until next shopping day on Thursday. So not to bad so far.

Animalhouse - hope you recover as soon as possible.
Kylie - hope OH is feeling better soon.

I have just found that I am out of new under the rim squirty bottles - new cleaning supplies are kept in the garage. Mr F does the fetching and carrying of these in and out of the garage - in case of spiders!
So Mr F has just told me - we don't have any in stock! I am already having a heavy shopping spend month! These months happen. :(
Oh well - onwards - not going to let it get me down - I hope to come in under budget still. :)

Bit of an eventful morning - the fraud department from my bank phoned to say that my debit card had been cloned  The bank have cancelled my card as a precaution and Thankfully, nothing has been taken from our account. As this is part of "an ongoing fraud investigation" I have no idea where my card was cloned, or if indeed I was present.
On a positive note, this is one way of MS as I cant now withdraw any money until my new card arrives :o. I can think of easier ways though.

My spends so far are an Internet shop of £89.42 - which although huge was incredibly good value: I got £170 worth of stuff for under £90, what with offers, vouchers etc. So I'm really pleased. Wish it was always like that.

My other spend is £5.90 on fruit and veg in the village.

Anyway, wishing everyone an enjoyable bank holiday weekend.

Sending get well wishes to AnimalHouse and Kylies OH.

    Sx
