abitofhelp the way to multi post is to use the button to the right of the quote button (with two speech baloons) and then for the last one you want to reply to, use the regular quote button for the reply window to open with all the quotes in.

Anyone tried making toad in the hole which is freezerable? I'm thinking tin foil tray, oil, frozen veggie sausage and batter mix, refreeze and cook from
frozen. Any tips and suggestions?
My first no spend day for May was yesterday but I'm going to be away this weekend so I doubt I will have another for a while.
I've settled on a system for accounting for my overall spending, which is going to change my food totals I've posted so far, but I think it will help me out better in the long run. I will update my totals shortly.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

That'd go nice with a brew. What time should I come round?;)
The plan today is just some mini tarts for supper. Might make a joblot as I am going over to my folks' tomorrow.
I do need sugar (I have preserving sugar and icing sugar in but they dont count;)) but I have a JTD from my last shop in Ts that needs using up so will get the big bag with this so it won't affect my spend.
New challenge again tomorrow. I MUST keep within budget next week as I went over this week.
Will get the Lidl weekend offers in. The cheese one is great for stocking up on.
Morrison's have 20x Youngs fish fingers at the moment for 99p.
They are great on butties with some shredded iceberg lettuce and mayo;)
Limit of 3 packs per customer though apparently. Not that I often have to do it - so much of what I eat is HM.
Not just the chemicals/additives/preservatives/flavourings thing - I just find cooking from scratch so much cheaper. You feel full for longer too.

Afternoon all
Just to update the spends, did my main shop at MrA and spent too much, £127.14 - admittedly there were quite a few extra bits as lots of things were on offer but much more than I wanted to spend.
Will go and update my sig now.
Have an excellent weekend, keep safe and well x

Just spent £10.28 in MrT's but have more tins of chickpeas than you can throw a stick at (well, 7, but it feels like more!) I needed a loaf of bread and some plain crisps and came out with 4 bags of shopping...should have made bread and errrm, crisps too?!?
Anyway, I have £54.91 left for the month now0 -
