I know why you're here, 999. I know what you've been doing... why you hardly sleep, why you live alone, and why night after night, you sit by your computer. You're looking for Martin.
I know because I was once looking for the same thing. And when I found him, it told me I wasn't really looking for him. I was looking for an answer. It's the question, 999. It's the question that drives us. It's the question that brought you here. You know the question, just as I did.
    What is the best deal?

The answer is out there, 999, and it's looking for you, and it will find you if you want it to.

I think the deal is a good one!
That gum you like is coming back in style.

OK, I do not think I was specific enough with my question. I hoped to find out if I could use CPS on either. From what I have gathered on other sites, you can on Sky but no on TT.
Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes,  thank you and no.

    Thank you.

Anyone using the Sky Broadband Connect service?

How are you finding it? Any comments?

Friend in work has just signed up. He would probably reply to this himself but he has been disconnected from his old ISP and connected to SKY BUT they have not sent him his modem yet. After chasing it up for over an hour he was finally told that SKY do not send the equipment out until after your line has been tranferred to them which may take up to 5 working days:eek:

UPDATE just got a text from him asking me to look up the postal address for SKY ! so things must not have improved!

Yeah, it was £17 per month for Sky Connect but now showing as £5.00 per month - Exactly the same as Sky Mid.

Maybe it is your exchange but I have just checked again and this is cut from the site after I put in my phone number!

"You can get Sky Broadband Connect for £17 a month, plus a one-off activation fee of £40. "

    Hi Dave,

Yeah your right, i contacted Sky and it depends on the status of your local exchange. Sky told me that mine is due to go live with Sky's own BB in June therefore they offer you the Sky Connect £5 at the same price as the Mid £5 which I would move over to when they have it up and running.

Seems good of them to do that!

Lol... :) Hope its quicker thank that.

I was told that the Sky TV will take about 1 week and the Broadband about 14 days, afterwhich I would need to wait on the Wireless Router being sent out.

All joking aside I have been told that SKY usually connect before the allocated date.
