    HI there,

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but what was your outcome here RachelBP and how long did it take, if you dont mind me asking?

I have recently sent a request in writing to terminate my DLA award and have been advised that I will receive a questionnaire in the next 10 days to determine whether I still require DLA. I probably do still require it, but the fact of the matter is that I dont want it anymore. I have quite bad anxiety issues and this is one of the things that I have fixated on (unfortunately), so even if I am found to still be entitled, I really dont want to be in receipt of it.

Any inputs from anyone would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    SG

Mt problem was the same. It took about 12 weeks.
