Do you expect that everyone should be so knowledgeable about the RM issues as you?
That is not good that our (customers) opinion is not taken into consideration when making such decisions.

I see the results, and they are horrifying, so whatever, whenever happened must have been the results of bad decisions made, otherwise it would not end so bad like this:
