Hello Be Lucky,
Likewise, sorry not to have been around to wish you well for the procedure, but am glad it's over at last.
Now you can look forward, though you'll never forget what might have been (((Be Lucky))) don't let the experience bring you down..

Thanks everyone Xx
Well I'm still very sore & uncomfortable (more so since DS2 fell head first onto my tummy before). To be honest I didn't think it would be as bad painwise as it is, so I'm a little bit disappointed. I'm walking like a little old lady and the pain when I sneeze/cough/ laugh is intense.
DH was dead to the world when the boys woke up this morning so I had to get up with them. When he did wake, he asked why I was walking funny and looked at me totally blankly when I said I'd had an operation yesterday . He couldn't remember anything about itand was panicked and confused. I don't think I helped because I just burst into tears thinking I couldn't cope with him having a bad day on top of everything.
The good news is though that he has 'come round' quite quickly and has patchy memories of yesterday. The bad news is that he is beating himself up over not 'being there' for me when I needed him bless him.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thanks brizzle! I have. It hurts to get up and sit back down again so I've found the best way to deal with that is just to sit still on the sofa all day :rotfl:.millionaire_in_training wrote: »Pain will go quite quickly and normality will resume. Big hugs xx
Thanks MiT! I can't wait til you are proved right! They don't really tell you much about after the op so I don't know what's normal and what's not. I know it bl00dy hurts though! I've also had random outbursts of tears for no apparent reason.Well done on the weight loss! That's an amazing amount to lose! :j

Thank you Fudgie! I'm not so sure sofa surfing all day is good for the weightloss, but on the otherhand I haven't eaten much today. I just don't feel like it.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Cheers Pooh!
I'm afraid if anything I'm worse so I've just been to Drs. He's given me 2 lots of antibiotics as it's possible I have an infection. If I'm no better tomorrow I have to go back and will probably be sent for ultrasound to see if they've perforated my womb . And this was supposed to be the easy option! It could only happen to me!
Seeing the Dr was a chore in itself. I rang the hospital first and they said go to GP. When I rang the GP surgery at 11.50am they said I could see the Emergency Dr if I got there by 12.30. Arrived at 12.10 to be told Emergency doc wasn't seeing anyone else til 2pm . I'd dragged my self there in pain (going over speed bumps in car is horrendous!!) and had to drag myself home again and then back out at 2pm. I was not amused .
I used the time waiting to go back to the docs to call LTSB. Thanks to MIL's payment to credit card last month, there is now quite a large amount of available credit on the card, and I wanted to reduce it. There is no danger of us spending on the card, but I wanted to reduce it so that if we applied for a 0% balance transfer elsewhere then there would be less available credit shown on DH's file. Anyway, LTSB said that they can't reduce the credit limit as the account is effectively closed from when we made the in-house arrangement after DH's accident.. This did not help my mood!!
So I've resumed my spot on the sofa and I've had to call in sick at work tonight. Hopefully I will be better for my shift on Saturday because no work = no money!!
