Well done on the half pound loss! Not only is better than nothing, it's much better than gaining. Couldn't be prouder than if I'd actually lost something myself.

We are in a semi too HAW but we are attached to nice neighbour. That said she is loud anyway (sure they are all deaf the way they shout rather than talk!), and I regularly hear her through the wall screaming at the kids to hurry up and get ready in the morning!!
We aren't attached to mad neighbour but our back garden is because I'm in a curved (yes curved!) house at the end of our road. Thankfully we have a high enough fence to avoid having to talk to him :rotfl:.poohbear59 wrote: »I hope you and DS2 enjoyed nursery today.
He loved it Pooh :j He was actually annoyed when he had to leave to go to playgroup! I don't think we will have any problems come September.debtfreewannabe321 wrote: »I heard the Mrs say hmmm you need to cut the grass to her DH! Cheers Fudgie! Haven't been to the gym since DH's last seizure so that's probably why weighloss has slowed a little. At least it's still off not on though as you say.
Mad neighbour is the reason my cat is a house cat. I had a cat who went outdoors and then got a kitten. I'd hardly had the kitten any time at all when older cat was poisoned and the vet couldn't save him. I couldn't prove it obviously but I think mad neighbour put something down to 'deter' cat from his pride and joy garden. As a knee jerk reaction I decided to keep kitten as a house cat as she hadn't been outside yet anyway and I didn't want to risk her being killed too. She comes into the garden with us and watches the birds/lies in the sun but she doesn't go any further. If I hadn't already got her I wouldn't have got another cat and now she's 10 she won't be replaced when she goes.

. . . or just a hormonal one. I remember saying to one poor young lad manning the supermarket checkout one day "never argue with a woman who has 'this' combination in her shopping basket".

You lot crack me up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Had a lovely morning at DS1's school Jubilee celebrations despite the torrential rain meaning it all had to be squashed inside. DH also went to that school in the 80's and he saw himself on photos on a display on the wall. He was such a cute little boy!!
Felt a bit carp this afternoon so have just lazed around. The housework will still be there tomorrow! All the bills due out early next week so feeling the pinch this weekend. Hopefully it will stay dry for free outdoors stuff to do.

Didn't meet up with the usual suspects today because they had other plans. Instead, MIL offered to buy DH some new shoes (his have a hole in the bottom and I can't afford to buy him any more. He has other pairs anyway). DH had been looking online and the ones he wanted were £40 in the sale, so we all trotted off the the metro centre and MIL bought them for him.
While we were at the shops MIL spent her G0ldsmiths vouchers that she had exchanged her Mr T vouchers into - she had £370 . She chose a watch for £295 and then when she heard she wouldn't get the £75 change, she chose a bracelet too! The whole lot cost her £16. Very MSE in some ways, but I just kept thinking of all the other things that would have bought and then felt guilty for thinking that way.
She was randomly given a free can of Diet C0ke with her purchases so that saved us having to buy a drink while we were shopping :money:.
Not a NSD though, as I was desperate for diesel so put £15 in. I did finally complete DH's AT0S/DWP forms and sent them off so I feel I have achieved something. Hopefully they will leave DH alone this time though and not drag him through a medical.
Got confirmation that our tax credits will increase by about £5 per week after submitting last years figures a few weeks ago. Unfortunately they don't owe us any backdated monies which is a shame, a nice surprise lump would have been very much appreciated.
TV is utter rubbish tonight so going to watch a dvd. DH says the good thing about having no memory is that every time he watches a film it's like he's seeing it for the first time, so it's easy to recycle our old dvds and make it feel like a treat!
Hope everyone is having a good weekend XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
