Well today turned out better than expected as DH has complained a few times of not feeling 'right'. He started talking of "waves of fear" again this morning so I packed him off for a lie down. Nothing has come of it, but he's been a bit slow at times
.
This afternoon we have been at the village fair with Mum and MIL which was nice and fairly inexpensive at £3 spent. Otherwise we've just been at home.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Morning Lucky, and happy July!!
Pleased the Jubilee celebrations went well - despite the weather
£295 on a watch? I'd probably have the same sorta feeling as you!! I got a Storm watch at Christmas, and it's about £80ish, but I only had to pay about half that, but even so I still thought it was dear!!Each to their own. If that's what they want to spend their money on then who are we to argue?!
:rotfl: to DH watching DVDs!! Wish I had the same problem with OH. We trawl through the films on tv and pick one nobody has seen. About 4+1/2 mins into the film OH always goes 'I've seen this already'. So frustrating!!
How has DH been since you last posted? Hopefully all has remained nice and calm!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Morning PLMBL,
Its good that you now pick up on DH not feeling so good and pack him off to bed. Im sure you saved yourself a trip to a & e there!!!
£3 on a day out is fab, well done!! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Morning ladies!
DH has been ok since my last post, though he did go to bed early as he felt so exhausted. When I went to bed he was talking in his sleep which he NEVER does, so I slept with one eye open but he was fine. He seems his 'normal' self so far today so I've relaxed a bit (though am shattered!).
HAW the new watch is just for a change and is not a 'good' watch  Looking forward to the days I can treat myself too rather than pay off this blasted debt . Probably still won't though.

 I've money saved and I still couldn't do it!! Guess our priorities are just different, huh?! Not a bad thing though!!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Hello Lucky, :hello:
Yes, good news that DH had an uneventful night (btw, did you get him any rescue-remedy pastilles?). I share HAW's hope that you both have a peaceful day.
 to MIL's purchases - but she could be onto a :money: scheme; assuming she got 4x the value exchange on her Tosco vouchers, then surely she'd make a profit if she bought all gold items, then weighed 'em in straight away? ..Leaving a pile of much more useful cash, of course..0 -
I hope you get some rest today plmbl. And obviously hope your DH is ok now?!

plmbl I was impressed that you DH was able to tell you he wasn't feeling good so you could suggest an early night for him.
I wish mine would express his feeling just a tiny bit so we would know if it was a good or a bad day.
Well done on a day out for £3. I am like dfw321, spent more than that this weekend but had a fab time, best in ages.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

I'm ashamed to admit I had forgotten all about them

Nope. MIL is comfortable and her purchases were for treats for herself. Not that I begrudge her as she is very kind to us, but I would have bought everyone's Christmas presents or something with it. Just different view points depending on your bank balance I think!debtfreewannabe321 wrote: ȣ3 on a day out! Fab! We spent a small fortune at the food & drink festival on Saturday! Yes I was rather pleased with my low spend, though that was somewhat in part due to my Mum paying for a cream tea for us all to share. We all need cheap days out so we can splurge when the expensive days come up.poohbear59 wrote: »plmbl I was impressed that you DH was able to tell you he wasn't feeling good so you could suggest an early night for him.

I really sympathise with you Pooh, you have it hard with your DH. I'm glad you had a good weekend though. As I said to Robin on her diary, it makes me happy when you sound happy XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
