Thank you everyone for your kind words (and the eye candy Haw! Do you have any of Vin Diesel or Paul Walker? :rotfl:).
We seem to have lost the sun today. Just when I was getting used to it too! Probably my fault for dragging DH to the garden centre this morning to buy some new plants for the back garden! We have a completely paved back garden with pots, but it seems that all plants that survived the winter are green and I wanted a splash of colour. We just bought some cheap petunias and geraniums but the minute we stepped back out the garden centre it rained
. According to the forecast we are to have rain the next 4 days  Remind me to stay away from the garden centre next time!!
Tonight I'm going next door to my neighbour's house with our mutual friend for a girly gossip :j. I'm sure they will navigate their way through a couple of bottles of wine but I'm going to stick to pop. DH's friend is coming to see him while I'm out but I'm only next door anyway.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Cheers Granny, I'm taking a bottle of pop through in place of taking a bottle of wine

Never thought I'd say it, but yay to the poo!! :rotfl:
Happy Friday!
How was the pop??
PS. Glad you liked the eye candy. Didn't want to include too many hot stuffs or you'd be drooling over the keyboard!!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Thank you starnac! You are right, you know you are a Mummy when a poo makes your day :rotfl:.
Brizzle I hope the wine hit the spot! Sorry you had a hard day and I hope today is better for you.
HAW I'm on my phone so post away - there is no keyboard to drool on so I can just dribble down my front instead.
The pop was boring but at least I don't have the hangover that the other two have today. The night was fab though, nice to just sit and chat and most importantly, have a good giggle!
This morning we have been to the Head Injury Clinic for an appointment with DH's neuropsychiatrist. They are still saying 3 years as an approximate bench mark for DH's recovery so another year to go with POSSIBLE improvements. The NPsych made a good analogy today though that DH's "hardware has been scratched. A bit like a CD or DVD with scratches it still works, but will pause or jump in places. It's then hard to record anything new on top of that as the scratches are still there". I think that sums his memory up really well. Our next appt is November but we have the Epileptologist appointments meanwhile.
Hope everyone is good today XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi Lucky - I like the theory about the "hardware" being scratched. I feel a bit like that sometimes, especially the bit about it being hard recording anything new! At least things are sounding positive.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Thanks SA. Sometimes I think it's easy to get bogged down with medical terms etc so I really appreciated his layman's terms. I'm glad to read on your diary that Mr SA is doing better today also.
Been a weird afternoon, I've been in tears for no particular reason. I think I'm tired though as I didn't get to bed until after midnight, then DS2 helpfully woke up a few times through the night and then I was up early to rally the troops for school etc. Will try to have an early night tonight. Talking of DS2 though, I managed to get him some nite time pull ups at Mr T's today half price :T They have cars on them and the wheel disappears if he wees in them. Fingers crossed he takes to the idea!
I've also had my car insurance renewal through at £340. Will see what better deal/cash back I can get on that.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

And no tears please! Big *hugs* in case you need themAnd do try to get an early night tonight!
Well done on the bargain nappies. Seen massive boxes of Cheeky Bot nappies in Mr T's at lunch, £15 for 120+, but unfortunately sizes aren't what is neededWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0
