I hope DS2 is still okay today. And well done on the £1 find. I did a search of a sofa yesterday afternoon. You have encouraged me to check the rest of the house. The rule here is if it is on the floor, in washer or down backs or sides of sofas it is mine. Unless it is folding money.

DS2 is fine today Pooh, just as well because the urine collecting kit didn't work this morning :eek:. I hope you found lots of money lying around!

HAW I'm sorry to hear things are a bit tense your end. I say if you want a hug just go take one! Hope it all works itself out soon.

SBO, I really hope you are right! Today we have had notification of car tax due at end of the month (£260 for the year :eek:) and also our home insurance renewal quote! Last year we paid the home ins as a one off payment but not sure if we can stretch to that just now. The quote is around £140 for the year so will get online later to see if I can better that.

This morning we went to DS1's musical performance at school. The ringing in my ears has almost stopped :rotfl:. Then we went to my Mums as DH had offered to cut her grass. It hadn't been done so far this year and was a bit of a jungle, so that took an hour and a half. It was good for him to do though and feel like he was useful. Mum was at work so we didn't see her.

Sometimes its a blessing when we dont bump into mum. Glad your day was ok, heavens opened here and made me a little grumpy, I like to be outside!

It started raining here too at about 2pm and has been doing so pretty much since. Do you think that was summer at the start of the week??!! That's it, done, summer over :eek:.

Lol we are about ten miles apart chick. No wonder our weather is eerily similiar! Our mums may be out of the same mould. (sigh) xx I love mine but its like a job at times.
