Continuing hugs for you, Lucky, I hope today is a little easier for you. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Thanks satchmo :A. I'ts still on my mind today but not as bad as yesterday. Trying not to dwell though Xx
Had a morning pottering about the house and spent at least half an hour in DS1's room. It still looks like a bomb has gone off in there though . Will prob head back in there soon and do some more. That is unless I can convince DH that we should start prepping our room to paint!
This afternoon we've been to softplay as it's been chucking it down here. £13 spent on entry, drinks and a bowl of chips to share!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi P! Hope you're feeling a little happier today. Weather here has been awful too got soaked walking dog. My DD's room is still a tip and she's 26!! However I don't venture in there and it's up to her to sort it out.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

We should all be in the soft-play business you need a loan for how much they charge  ! I bought Zoo passes for the year in the hope of avoiding the soft play because the zoo has a small indoor soft play area and it worked out cheaper to get them rather than the £4+ for each trip to the local soft play centre (we have 5 in the area !)
Wow do i get a prize for the amount of times I said soft-playlol

That will come in handy! :rotfl:
Am rather glad my kids grew up before softplay was invented.
Went with DGC once; was horrified at door-prices for adults which had all but self and DIL running for the pub next door. The children played for about twenty minutes before another kid knocked DGS off a platform - a rather unpleasant attack which I witnessed.
When we'd mopped up his tears, DGD quietly asked if we could go bowling instead as softplay was "not fun".
We went bowling. DGS was really too young for it, but he certainly had a great time running about and 'helping' his Dad (imagine toddler held horizontally beneath Dad's arm, cuddling ball which he dropped in the manner of a bomb as Dad swung him forward. Much more fun!).
