Yep, a reasonable increase. Hadnt noticed that before.

I dont have a problem with these visits. Obviously they get quicker as you do them. Similar to the slappers as you have to make several enquiries. My only complaint is if you have to visit the cafe as well. Longer visit with nothing extra for it.

If this is the scenario I think it is I buy a bottle of juice out the fridge and don't sit down which does not make it to much longer.

There is also a small increase on the little TNS supermarkets
No Matter what you do there will be critics.

I do that when I can and if I can get something within the reimbursement. Doesnt work so well in my local as the cafe is upstairs at the back of the shop. Awkward going back to the cafe after shopping or looks strange buying a bottle of juice before doing the shopping.

I can't self assign the TNS big supermarkets as it says the date's invalid, it that because I am using Chrome? I've emailed them.

Regards GAP, they dropped me after I gave the local McDeath's a bad report, but it was an honest one!

I've just had a bottle of wine and am now entering some of my results, this could be interesting. I've done two builders merchants today, both new to MSing and both of them said they couldn't help me with the scenario I was given and to go to their local competitors instead, not sure what they are going to make of that!

Absolutely, they pay peanuts (if even that much) and expect the Earth.

I nearly didn't get paid for an assignment as I assessed the toilets and they then queried it as the actual company being assessed didn't have any toilets. Well, there were some next to the counter!

I generally don't do RE/MF jobs any more unless I am going past or need a free lunch ;)

Not all of the jobs are that bad with MF. Just did the bookies and competitors this week. 15 min job 10 min max report. Possibility of pocketing prize money as well? No stupid scenario. Also jewellery shop wasnt too bad for them either. They are your bread and butter jobs and good to find something when its a little barren elsewhere. Not quite RA or AA
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Yeah I do the odd bookies from time to time, it was better when they didn't limit you to doing just one per wave, or is that just me?

It's easy if you can string a few coherent words together.

Gah, enough with the conversation on the alerts thread!

Anyway, a bit of advice from anyone who's done them; what do you usually say when the SA phones you the day after a travel agent visit, which I'm sure this one will. Are you just blunt? Or do you ignore the call?

I get the feeling this one will call and call and call... I'm seriously considering getting a free sim with a fiver of credit in an old handset to give out as my number when MSing, then I can pick up messages for jobs that require me to record if I was called back but ignore everything else.

    Is that a bit OTT?

No, more likely you haven't read the brief properly and noted the date they want the shop done, all the ones I've looked at need to be done on Sundays.
