I just tried to complete the orientation test for a famous burger chain and failed! (on gap)

I'm so annoyed, one of the questions had cut off a portion of two of the answers. Is there any way of retaking it? Ever?

a phone is far less obvious than a stopwatch too, you may as well wear a neon flashing banner if you bring one of those to teh queue...

Speaking of 'being outed as a MS', some of these scenarios are killing me. Of the rare assignments that I may be able to do, I have to reject them because the scenarios are ludicrous...and this business of taking photos of the queue, I know that its our job to act stealth and covert but seriously the clients and/ or MSCs are making this challenging to say the least.

because most people wont work for their fees vs the scenarios and questionnaires and those that do generally moan about lots of stupid proofreading queries... have fun...:rotfl:

Absolutely, they pay peanuts (if even that much) and expect the Earth.

I nearly didn't get paid for an assignment as I assessed the toilets and they then queried it as the actual company being assessed didn't have any toilets. Well, there were some next to the counter!

I generally don't do RE/MF jobs any more unless I am going past or need a free lunch ;)

Just got back from a long day. 18 ms jobs today. I only had 12 when I left the house but the phone just kept ringing asking me to do jobs around the corner from wherever I was.
I think Rm and React have me geotagged :-(

I think I was rumbled halfway through one job when the MOS said "Oh by the way, I forgot to say good morning and welcome to xxxxxx".

Thanks for the Info. I think I am doing them more for the experience at the moment. They do seem low paid compared to others and the questions are repetitive to say the least!

Just put my mf report in and it went straight through again.... I'm really beginning to wonder if the better proof readers work later?

TNS big supermarkets, do I see a fee INCREASE?!?

How do these compare to GR's big slapper jobs? I've done loads of the quickie TNS ones and the syndicated ones are a doddle too.

Yep, a reasonable increase. Hadnt noticed that before.

I dont have a problem with these visits. Obviously they get quicker as you do them. Similar to the slappers as you have to make several enquiries. My only complaint is if you have to visit the cafe as well. Longer visit with nothing extra for it.
