Don't suppose anyone could do me a quick favour, could they? I need to know what the rules are for waiting if you don't get served in a gfk phone shop. They're not on the coversheet or questionnaire & I can't get on gfk on my phone. Am off to do another job before 2nd attempt.

    Ta!

Also, if you go back and wait ten minutes the second time and still can't get served, don't let GfK fob you off by trying to tell you that they'll pay you £4 less as you didn't get served! They tried to pull that one on me in January - I politely but firmly pointed out that this wasn't on, as I had followed their rules as per the briefing, I had been hanging around (in the store and the town) for nearly an hour and it was hardly my fault that the store was so busy that afternoon. I got the £4 reinstated as expenses :)

Has anyone done the REACT fashion jewellers? The briefing refers to the 'complexity' of the work. Is it as hard as it sounds? The pay seems quite small but there are quite a few close together not far from me so if they weren't too bad I'd consider taking them.

I'm just filling in a quick supermarket for TNS on the new Sassie site. There is only one page of questions or am I been thick. The shopping list items they asked me to check aren't mentioned. It's all about timings and receipt details. I can't see where to input further details. If I click complete and submit then will it finish the whole report? I've done these before but never on the sassie site.

The one I did expanded as I entered data and was very similar to the VAS reports. Have you started entering data yet?

I've added receipt details and uploaded receipt. I've also put timings in, but the next button is complete and submit, then when I click this I get a warning saying it will be sent and if I didn't intend to send it then I could correct. I cannot see anywhere to submit the details about the shopping list or the till point etc. It's far too short and doesn't ask me anything about what it asked me to check. I've sent it now. Think I will just have to email them.

There's a lot of information on record keeping here:

a read of that and you should be able to set up your own spreadsheet and record keeping system. I built my own system to suit me.

    Thank you very much Becles
