Not quite as bad as shopping a Grassroots bank on Grassroots payday, busted big time.

Hence why I get my GfK and GR payments put into different banks than the ones I visit for them :)

Ouch indeed! But should they even be browsing your balance statements when you are only depositing money? I've paid into some who only look at the screen long enough to see your name and thank you using it and others seem to take an eternity sitting looking at the screen scrolling and clicking!

I suppose you could argue that if they see certain habits, ie consistantly depositing money, they may be able to offer you a high interest savings account? For some its being nosey for others its pro-active..

Has anyone been asked to fill in a brief customer survey form on the GFK bank jobs this week?
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

I've only done one and was told I may get a follow up phone call to assess their service, but no form.

Was that like the little cafe or is it a new client? Mimi loves fish. Mmmmm.
If you like fish look on MFers, posh fish restaurants on there. BLEUGH I hate fish unless it's got batter on it with chips!!!

What part of the world TG? I'm fish mad. Mind you I used to eat them within an hour of catching back home.

So - who's done exit surveys?

Had a call from an MS company about doing them... rate seemed pretty good if you get over your 10 minimum. I've not done them before so the thought of giving up half a Saturday to stand inside a shop and try and pester people to answer questions when I know that I HATE that as a customer..... didn't appeal.

Just wondering if they're not as bad as I think though?
