    Hi all,

For gap burger if you asked to have a seat until your food is ready, what do you do?? Refuse to have a seat so you do not mess up the timing? or do you sit and observe the counter until the food is on the tray.

    Thanks in advance

Take a quick read through the training again,

Think you go to a seat but keep timing, Take a note of the time they told you their would be a wait and the time it finally arrives.

I have a stamp shop to do tomorrow. Do you reckon it'll be acceptable to take a photo of the leaflet because I don't have access to a scanner at the moment? Has anyone done this and it's been ok?

A clear photo should be fine.

I've sent in both in the past. (in my opinion a photo is just the same as a scan.) ^_^

yes that will definitely be ok. Scan and taking a photo is sort of the same thing

Just take a seat. Timing continues till you receive the food. No other timing point required. Gives you something to write about !
Don't forget your receipt - but ask for it after you have received all the food.

Thank you for the replies, I took a seat and kept timing and wrote this, I was not sure if it was the right thing to do. The restaurant had a drink machine, by the time I went to get the drink, the member of staff had my food ready with him and took it to my table. He did not take long to get it ready anyway, but I then noticed they did that for all customers while I was there. It is shame as they will lose on the speed bit but they were great otherwise, ticked all the boxes.

I must say, I am enjoying MS so much visited places I will never visit otherwise.

On Saturday I had a bank visit, in area I never been but checked the (plan a journey website) to see if I can get there. It was really nice area, not even far from where I live, and I saw this private airport with small private jets, and very beautiful detached houses, that made my day.

I have just told retail active, that I won't work for their fees. (They phoned). I was very polite and pointed out that it equatedto much less than minimum wage. I was almost tempted to take the branch that was really rude to me last week, though.

Well, I haven't seen any slappers for weeks and weeks and I used to see them regularly....what's happening? Did I do something wrong?
