Why would market force pay me a £1 less than the reimbursement I owed. I spent 0.9p over the reimbursement amount allocated but they've stated they will pay me a quid less than the full total. It's written still £x.09 but a quid under my full spend? The payment is still 'pending' and had a ticket to respond to which I have but I am really confused.

no reason why, they always paid me the amount spent (if spent under limit) or max amount if spent over.

I'd email and ask why, probably just human error.

Just had an amazing todo with GAP after a Coffee Shop MS. Everything was completed except the toilet visit, which had to be skipped due to the fact there were extensive queuing for both service and toilets. As there was only a single unisex WC, with a queue of 8 apparently bursting to get in, I marked this as unvisited as not to inconvenience further those wishing to use the facility.

Despite this fully being noted in be report, I now find the job cancelled and unpaid, with an email saying they know I'll be 'disappointed' but they will not enter into any further correspondence on the matter.

    Talk about engendering loyalty!

Perhaps the client wishes to remain unappraised of the problems here? Assuming of course the report isn't used.

They all use the reports even if we don't get paid. I've been told by allocators for at least 4 companies that this is the case. Mind you good luck getting any evidence.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

  • When TNS offer mileage and ask you to tell them in £'s how much you need to do the job, what's the maximum anyones had?

There's a job an hours drive from me but I'm going there to do other MS jobs so I can split the fuel expense between jobs. What's the maximum they'll pay?

My record is £20, that was to drive from Lochgilphead to Campbeltown.

Anyone here do the theme park website checks for REACT?
Seems like they have paid the fee but not the reimbursement.
