Just curious if you know who identifies you? i.e. Is it the MS company asking to see CCTV to see if you did the job when you said you did, etc....or is it the shop who says "ahh yeah, we know who the mystery shopper was"?0
-
i assme the shop tries to identify you so that they can get you banned (if you give them a bad report)
Now I'd have thought they were better off identifying you and making sure you get an ace experience when next come in. One of my older ones did that. Floor show every time, every child got a balloon and the toilets immediately cleaned. Asking for a receipt of course totally gives you away anyway.0 -
Eh? The French sandwich shops job technically count as 'eating out' and they pay a fee and reimbursement.
I don't do the those as there is none in my area so don't see them. However, I feel the advert regaring 'eating out' is suggesting more than a sandwhich.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Burgers are required by Gap to give a description if they wish a query any reports so don't take it personally. The odd time that I have had a report queried I've not been banned from the outlets for any length of time.
I've also never had a floor show0 -
Quick question. I haven't done a Ms since February and have recently applied for a job at a place I have MSed 4 times in the last year. I have another interview for the company and I am now worried they will figure out that I was their MSer and they won't want me. Incidently, they don't have MSers anymore as they ask customers to give feedback online.
Obviously, I'm not going to tell them I used to do this but I am worried about whether this will hinder me,, what do you think?Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
I had an instance where I was next to a golden arches customer who was being abusive, causing staff to sound the panic alarm and all sorts of mayhem ensued. This of course, had to be reflected in the report, along with the extended service times due to the incident.
I then get asked to update the report, where they asked an additional 20 questions, including reverification of the timings. They went on to describing what I wore etc, but apart from that there was no other come back.0 -

You don't have to tell them I guess.
But it might work in your favour as they might think you are more likely to have better customer service skills, and have a good insight of what their expectations are.Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
depends if they had bad reports from the MSers or not. I'd not mention it, maybe mention you do it if asked what you currently do but not in relation to this store, say you do restaurants/mobiles etc (whatever this place isn't)0

Has anyone got a decent (and free!) PDF converter website?0
