    Hope everyone is well

Berba - you just want one of the fancy new burgers!

Can anyone confirm that the ESA french car visits just need a visit to branch to take a photo? I dont have to listen to anyone try and sell me a car do I?

    Cheers

I don't think you need a photo of the store do you? It's an email enquiry isn't it? So screen shots will be required I think.

Hi guys, feeling a bit dim here. Just doing an email where you have to wait 10 days and enter your results on the eleventh day....when would that be?:embarasse

If it is the one I'm thinking of it is the 11th *working* days so from today is 2nd July but please double check this yourself.

I thought it was to send an email and take a photo of the reply? The fee isn't enough to go and be sold a car.
Perhaps I should have read it properly- or are there different scenarios?

there are some different scenarios as to what you need to do, but although the brief says so, I dont think any require you need a photo of the store
its screenshots and theyve used a standard template... great attention to detail and proof reading ;)

My bad... not done any work for 3 weeks so Im a little rusty ;)

Tried to rush through reading it on the fly. Actually sat down and had a proper look and it all makes sense now.

2 bookies tonight. Not the stupid ones either. Carrol to score? Gerrard? Makes the game more interesting.

I wish gap would change what you could order when doing a burger job, its getting hard to remain a mystery and the staff always seem to know you are a mystery shopper

it hasn't been a mystery for years!!

Just go with it. We know, they know, we know that they know, they know that we know that they know, we know that they know that we know that they know.. ;):p:D

    Great post Monkeynut.

We all know what's going on, and they'll be more worried than you so don't fret. Order your meal, ask for the receipt, enjoy the food and floor show.

I know what you mean but whats the point in mystery shopping if they know that we are the shopper, its a waste of money for them and a waste of our time
