just back from my first esa frozen shop for a few years that i picked up at request after my phone call i made re the electronic visits.
Either they were expecting me/the brief or significantly improved customer service... i suspect the first
the trainee who was on e the shop floor did a poor job till it was like a light flashed in his head reminding him of an upcoming visit and potential questions you may be asked... and he was overly helpful
the two people in front of me at the till had half the level of service i did too...
oh well their brief not mine, as long as i get paid dont mind, not likely to go back there any time soon

how do others find them ?

If they're the American ones I'm thinking of, we decided to remove them from the front page for that very reason.

I'd email the SSS accounts dept, that seems to bring more joy than dealing with waste of space Laurie. I think I waited close to 5 months before they paid. I've not worked for them since.

I've done several of the frozen food. The first one I did I definitely got a floor show with the manager charging over and opening a till and virtually dragging me across to serve me. Since them I don't ask about the items they suggest and I ask a relevant question but not the more idiot ones suggested. Had both good and poor service since. I think you do get shops that are better run and managed than others and unfortunately location can make a difference although it shouldn't. Either way they are trouble free shops, especially when the fee increases.

I have done few frozen jobs, apart from one that provided an excellent service, everyone else seem to be from different planet. One member of staff was amazing!! she answered aggressively to my query saying, “ I don’t know, why do not you read the label, I don’t know what sort of ingredients you don’t eat, it was simple question are they vegetarian!!!

MF have a new client, sports shop used to be done by checkout UK the scenario is exactly the same but the fee is 20% (yes twenty) of what it used to be. I said yesterday that not all the MF jobs are that bad but this is such a mickey take I take back my comment.

    Have a good weekend all

LOL MF are a joke, I have done 5 visits today, 2 for GFK, and 2 for ESA and one for MF. I have done all 4 reports, and I am dreading to do the last one MF, the least amount of money and the more blood they want.

I noticed that too, thought my eyes were going to pop out of my head in shock! I think there were 53 questions in total, with a comments box for each stage of the visit... Who on Earth would take that job?

...Just checked my MF account, apparently someone in my city! Poor sods :(
