How silly, a bit like a burglar suing a house owner should they injure themselves breaking in; let's all forget about the real issue.

Still, two wrongs make a right in eBay's eyes?

Would they rather I stopped selling and paying their fees?

Forth attempt finished this morning, winning bidder bid right near the end (too early as far as I can tell for it to be a snipe tool), but not paid, bid on some clothing this evening...

Second NPB left FB for another laptop: 'I recieved the item quickly. This is the laptop I want and its, like a new one...'

Erm, that's not how it works, you don't win three items then choose which one you want.
