    Yes, you definitely only get out of it what you put in but I am definitely benefitting from the fruits of my labour now. I do feel very lucky to of found My Secret Kitchen and am very excited to be starting my 3rd Christmas season. We are not a seasonal business but the profit we can make quadruples at this time of year.
    You definitely dont need to have every product your company sells, although in my case a sample of each is always adviseable - customers really expect to have to wait for their items and also re the question about the car. One of our very successful London consultants had a very busy business with a trolley and a back pack before moving back to Canada - her area still remains largely uncovered....

  • Hi Lizzie, I have recently started with FM cosmetics. There is no fee to register and you can retail products with a 30% commission no matter how much or little you order at anyone time. You can upgrade to distributor for £9.50 and build a team and earn between 3% and 21% bonus commission.

    I have been an avon rep on and off for years! I am actually thinking of going back to it as i am just coming to the end of a temp contract. You have to weight up the pros and cons

    cons
    * do you really want to go trudging round the streets when its pooring with rain because thats the date you said on the book.
    * people never being in when you call.
    * people not giving you the books back.
    not getting enough to make any profit.

    pros
    * hours to suit you.
    * sell to family and friends.
    * sell to colleagues at work or mates at college etc
    * get a discount on products

    i also agree whats been said before with setting up a seperate bank account. this way you can keep track of your earnings etc.

    oh dear i think i have just about talked myself into starting up again - Any reps in the leicester area on here?
