    I had been through it earlier. It’s such a waste of time to speak to someone who wont even understand what you are speaking.

    2 weeks! :eek: My free trial will be nearing its end when they reply and then if I need another response it'll be another 2 weeks!

    Only a company with such little competition would be able to get away with such a long response time. End of rant.
