BT Infinity - Quidco & Usage/limit questions

Hi all,
I'm looking at the BT Infinity option [again!] and have the following two questions I hope someone can help with:
1] Quidco currently offer £50 'EXCLUSIVE RATE' for BT Broadband. Is the Infinity package included, or does 'BT Broadband' only cover non fibre-optic solutions, i.e. Infinity.
http://www.quidco.com/bt-total-broadband/
2] On one of their packages, the 38Mb d/load speed offering, there is a 40Gb usage cap. They also state that for every Gb used after the 40Gb point will incur a £5/Gb charge. How strict are they with monitoring usage?
Thanks in advance

I have done the sums and I think people would be better off having Post Office as their home phone supplier and PlusNet fibre for their broadband. Combined it's a net £36/mth but for that, you get inclusive line rental, inclusive evening and weekend calls - to UK landlines and 0845/0870 numbers, inclusive weekend calls - to UK mobiles and our top 40 international destinations as well as upto 40MB fibre, albeit capped at 120GB/mth.0

Thanks.
Though I already have a competitive deal with BT for my phone line having been with them for decades, so will most likely stay with them for that.
Its the fibre optic options only, that I'm considering.

PlusNet do fibre only with line rental for £284.60/yr0

What is the point of fibre with a 40GB cap? You can go through that in a few days.
Why pay BT for Infinity when you can get Plusnet Fibre (an identical product, installed by the same OR engineer) for less?
Currently £38 cashback via Quidco. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

I am talking about PlusNet Fibre with a 120GB cap (as they don't do unlimited) for £23/mth net.0 -
I know, I was pointing out the absurdity of BT offering their base fibre product wth a 40GB cap.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Infinity with ANY sort of cap is absurd.0

In the small print on the Quidco page, it states:
"BT Infinity is eligible for cashback but you must be a brand new broadband customer."0
