    Hi,

Just bought a house in Wales that's been vacant for the last 2 years and noticed that next door's satellite dish is so low overhanging onto my path that I could move it with a sweeping brush! ;) Is there a minimum height these eye sore's need to be under planning law?

    Many thanks in advance!

Do you mean that if you swept the path you would knock it, or that if you stood on tippytoes you could just about reach it with a broom?
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

I suppose you can stop airplanes flying over the garden too? Or even birds?

What harm is it doing? Does it interfere with you in any way?

No doesn't interfere with me, I dont live there.
But interferes with the OP because its at head height, and I am fairly sure legislation for aviation does not cover Sky dishes.

Does that clear that up for you?
